OnePlus Two Has Fingerprint Scanner, is Oppo Lookalike?
After the waves they have made in the smartphone market with their first ever smartphone, OnePlus One, the manufacturer was bound to get a lot of attention from the media as well as the customers relating to the next phone in line.
Tentatively called OnePlus Two, the upcoming smartphone from the Shenzen, China based company has been at the receiving end of a lot of rumors about everything from its release date to its manufacturing, its design to its processor, its operating system to its expected high end features.
We reported on all the rumors in the air a couple of days ago and tried to make sense of what could be true and what couldn’t be. However, we now have some more to add to that list.
According to GizmoChina, OnePlus Two will start embracing the industry trends even more by introducing a fingerprint scanner of its own. Allegedly, the feature will be laser powered and come with the home button.
While that could be a big rumor, there is more that we wish to share with you. It is also speculated that the design of the smartphone could be a lot similar to Oppo Find 7. If you have seen the phone, or read the reviews, you would know that the design of Find 7 was praised and approved by the critics.
Seeing how OnePlus One looked like, it wouldn’t mean they have copied another company’s shape because their last phone wasn’t drastically different.
Moving on, it is rumored that the sides of OnePlus Two will come bearing capacitative Android 5.0 functionality buttons.
As far as the release date of the smartphone is concerned, the manufacturers have remained zip-lipped though it is expected that you will be able to buy OnePlus Two in a few months after June.
We will be updating you as soon as anything gets confirmed by the officials, keep checking back!
