HTC One E9 Specs Revealed: Better Display And Stronger Processor
HTC One E9 has not yet been officially announced but the leaks suggest that the device will be a popular hit.
Chinese telecom regulator TENAA has reportedly posted images of the device which divulge specs of the unannounced HTC One E9. Looking at the professed photos, we can read model number (HTC E9pw) of the device. Featuring 5.5-inch screen with a Quad HD resolution (2560×1440) gives One E9 a massive lead over its competitor devices in display quality. Meanwhile, its thin and flat body captivates onlookers with a sort of magnetic power.
As per the revealed information via Engadget, the phone body will be constructed in 156.5×76.5×7.54 mm (6.1 x 3 x 0.3 inches) dimensions, and will enclose a 2,800mAh battery to provide an appropriate talk and standby time.
Withstanding the excellent display and strong battery, 20MP rear camera of the E9 will be loved by the smartphone users. However, there is still an ambiguity regarding the front camera which will either be a 13-megapixel or 4-megapixel UltraPixel shooter.
Additionally, the 3GB of RAM with MediaTek MT6795 octa-core processor running at 2.0GHz, will enable E9 for faster functioning. As far as the operating system is concerned, it will more likely be an Android Lollipop.
If we precisely compare the One E9 with recently announced One M9, we find couple of specs are almost same. To illustrate both feature same 20MP camera, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The chief difference which makes E9 superior to M9 is its octa-core processor in contrast to Quad-core CPU.
Until the time of writing this story, I have no other updates about the device from any official source. However, if we believe in the Upleaks claims, the E9 is expected to be officially introduced near the end of March.
As soon as I come across any other updates, I will bring them to you. Keep visiting TechFrag for more news and updates and don’t forget to share your comments. They are important to us!
