Here Are The Apple Watch Models And Their Accessories With Prices
10th of March 2015, marks the day Apple Inc. came out with its first wearable gadget – The Apple Watch. Unlike any other simple brand launch, Apple Watch launch event is accompanied with a comprehensive price-list along with all the details of compatible accessories. The list includes cables, bands, charging equipment and others.
By offering a diverse range of options to choose from, Apple has retained its style of catering to users buying the same type of product but with different needs. Three major categories have been announced namely Apple Watch Sport (available in 10 models), Apple Watch (available in 20 models), and Apple Watch Edition (available in 8 models). Within all these categories buyers have the 38mm or 42mm versions to choose from according to the wrist fit.
The Sport version has 5 band colors to choose from: White, Blue, Green, Pink and Black. You’ll have to pay an extra $50 to change the size from 38 to 42mm. So the Sports edition ranges between $349 – $399.
The Apple Watch Edition, coming with 20 variations not only offers different colored bands and a different wrist band length, but it offers diversity in the band material as well. The lower-end watches come with a normal Sport band ($549 – $599), then there are the ones with the Classic buckle giving a very conventional feel ($649 – $699), another version within the same price range comes with a Milanese Loop.
Moving up ahead in this product line, they are offering Modern Buckle, Leather Loops, Stone leather Loop, and the Link Bracelet with the prices going up to $1099.
The very special Apple Watch Edition is the highest-end product version line offered for the Apple Watch. It wouldn’t be wrong to say that the watches in this line come with the highest luxury and class. With two major options to choose from either the 18-Karat Rose Gold Case or the 18-Karat Yellow Gold cases, the price range for these models go beyond a staggering $10,000.
In addition, there are accessories and cables available too. A one meter long Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Cable will cost you $29.99, and the two-meter model of the same cable will cost you ten bucks more.
Apple has done a lot of homework to study its target market, and has also implemented ways to target the different types of consumers differently. With the variety of options and accessories available to suit needs of people from different circles of life, Apple Watch may go on to become even more successful product than iPhone.
