Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet Image, Details Leaked by Xperia Lounge
Alright now that is not the way Sony would have wanted to do this; but it looks like someone slipped up. Some details as well as an image of the much awaited Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet have been leaked.
Guess what, the leak was made by none other than their own Xperia Lounge app!
For those of you who don’t know, Xperia Lounge is Sony’s official entertainment app where you get involved in a lot of music, sports and film as well as news and information on the company itself.
Only a couple of hours ago, a page went live on the app where initial details as well as an image of the Xperia Z4 Tablet was shared – so there is no doubt in the authenticity of the way this device is going to look like.
Not just that, the listing also has a March 3 date mentioned on it which could mean the official launching date i.e. the day when Sony was probably planning to unveil it.
Moving on, the post revealed that the phone was going to come with an ultra fast processor. Now if they are saying something like that on one of their official platforms, it should mean that the device has the latest that the market has to offer. Those who know the industry would realise that would be Snapdragon 810.
They also claimed industry leading battery performance suggesting that the phone will have a comparatively larger battery and lastly, the specifically mentioned a beautiful 2K display. Here’s an excerpt from the post where they are talking about the features:
Sony’s stunning 2K display combined with latest ultra fast processor and industry leading battery performance delivers unrivalled entertainment in a lightweight premium.
As expected, the post has now been removed by Sony but that wasn’t before the good folks at Xperia Blog were able to take screenshots, check out the image below.
As you can see in the featured image as well as the image above, the design of Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet is similar to Xperia Z3. It is compact, slim and looks pretty smart while carrying on the signature look of Xperia smartphones.
We will, hopefully, have more on this by March 3.
