A Magician Who Uses iPad As Prop And Brings Things Out Of It
The word magical has often been associated with Apple’s products, but now Apple’s iPad has become literally magical. This magician can pull out objects from iPad and even send physical objects through it to his friend, as he showed live in The Ellen DeGeneres Show while using iPad as a prop.
Simon Pierro is a German magician who has been in business for over 15 years now. Pierro is critically acclaimed magician and is best known as the iPad magician — the name he got for bringing a whole new meaning to the word ‘magician’ by combining the magic and sleight of hand with technology.
Using iPad as prop, he has pulled out some amazing tricks that made him famous on blogosphere in a small period of time. In addition to iPad, he sometimes uses iPhone as prop too.
Recently he appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where he was seen literally pulling out things out of the iPad. Since DeGeneres is famous for her Oscar selfie, the magician Pierro showed a trick for her too. He took a selfie with two girls in the audience, and then literally took the selfie out of the iPad to put it in the nearby frame.
Although the trick uses some custom designed animations and apps to work, spontaneous switch of objects from physical to digital world and vice versa makes the audience dumbfounded.
In another trick, Pierro called his friend through Face Time and took a straw from his hand through iPad’s screen. Thanking the straw, he mentioned “I can not only share music, videos, but also Coke.” And then he drank a glass of Coke through the screen. If anyone was left who had not already exclaimed, he put a glass of milk on his friend through Face Time too.
