Apple sets April to launch the new Smartwatch
Which watch are you wearing? I hope you would never know when it was to be launched. You ask why? Because it was not an Apple’s smartwatch. Apple Watch whose releasing date has remained a subject of rumors for a while, will be out in April, Apple’s CEO Tim Cook puts full-stop to speculations.
He himself seems so excited by the device as he goes on saying: “I’m using it every day, and love it, and I can’t live without it.” He also defended the April time frame as within Apple’s defined “early 2014″ range in response to an analyst question which implied Apple may have wanted to deliver it earlier.
Initially, it was expected that the wonder watch will be launched in early 2015. Some recent reports claimed March as its launching date. That ‘early’ kept getting extending and has ended at half of the year.
Keeping Apple’s history in view, this is somehow a rare practice setting a specific time duration for shipping of any of its products. But the step taken by the Chief will presumably do more good than bad for the company. What will be the pros and cons of this declaration?
It will surely eradicate the roots of uncertainties which were getting deeper since it was originally announced at the end of 2014. The pros can be that it will help (or rather) direct the developers to work around a deadline and put serious efforts to get things done in order to release it on time.
As a cons, the ‘wanna be’ buyers may wait for the wearable desperately this time, and if the date is extended and they are given another hope line, a reaction may hit the popular Apple which will not be upto its business values.
Whatsoever, let’s wait for this amazing smartwatch which will allow its wearers to shift its 6 bands according to their choice in colors, and change its size according to their demand, to zoom in and zoom out its crown dial.
It will also preserve its battery for its users by mostly remaining in darkness but as soon as the user will lift his wrist to take a glimpse of the time, it will lit up. It will support wireless charging and you may use it with your iPhone as well.
Enough specs to purchase it? If you think so, its price will be starting from $349 but you have to wait for April to come.
