Leaked Official Droid Turbo Photo And User Manual Build Suspense Before Launch
It has been quite some time since we have been hearing rumors about the Droid Turbo smartphone by Motorola and Verizon.
However, just when we thought we had gotten most of the features and specs of the phone, an official user manual has been released by MotoFirmware, along with the first picture of the phone on Twitter by @DroidLanding – the official Droid teaser account.
The user manual being leaked prior to its impending release has already stirred frenzy in the eager customers and companies alike, and this picture being posted with no caption or description is just another confirmation that the smartphone may be nearer to launch than we believe it is.
Looking at the manual, the features so far now include:
Screen size and resolution
The rumors about the phone lying in the category of phablets are actually valid with its 5.2-inch QHD screen. 565 ppi density with Moto Display enabled.
The camera is rumored to be the best from the products so far, with a 21 MP rear camera with geo-tagging, face detection, panorama, HDR and video at 2160p.
There’s also a great chance of amazing battery life, though the manual tries to slide past it by mentioning a “high-capacity long lasting battery.” Rumor has it Droid Turbo’s battery might be upto 3900 mAh! The manual also confirms support of Turbo charger by Motorola and Qi wireless charging too.
Rumor has it that the Droid Turbo will run on a Quadcore processor at 2.65 GHz, with a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset.

However, the manual confirms many rumors about Droid Turbo that have been circulating around time and again. But this also means that the Droid Turbo is not just some baseless gossip, it’s actually more concrete than that.
Rumors have it Motorola and Verizon are set to announce the Droid Turbo sometime in October, and release it the same month. We can only wait to see how many more teasers the company is going to leak before officially announcing the launch.
