djuice Pakistan Is The Most Socially Devoted Brand In Telecom Industry
djuice Pakistan has been named the most socially devoted Facebook brand in the world in telecommunications industry during July 2014, according to a global study. djuice Pakistan’s Facebook Page had million users in May 2014 when it became Pakistan’s largest followed youth brand on Facebook and the most followed youth brand in Pakistan’s telecom industry. Total fans on their Facebook Page are 1,148,708 as of today.
According to Socialbakers.com, a company that offers monitoring and tracking tools for analysis of social networks that are used for comparing social media stats and metrics, djuice Pakistan had 100% response rate for user queries in July 2014 that gave them lead in telecom sector.
Socialbakers.com also shows that Telenor Pakistan’s post from FIFA Football World Cup campaign was the second most popular post in Pakistan. It received more than fifty thousand interactions. The interesting thing about this post is that while average post engagement rate in Pakistan is merely 0.22%, this post had an overwhelming engagement rate of 7.7%.
According to the analytics published by SocialBakers, 92.2% (1, 059, 483) fans at djuice Pakistan’s Facebook Page are from Pakistan, 1.1% (12, 103) are from Saudi Arabia, and 1% (11, 945) are from United Arab Emirates. This Page was top regional performer 16 times.
Social media is becoming a platform for the companies to interact with their customers.
